This Thompson Center manufactured first variation brass trigger guard is for the earliest Hawken muzzle loading rifle and is in very good condition with light wear and a moderate tarnish. The early variation trigger guard has a larger rear mounting platform which fits the earlier stocks with the larger rear mounting recess. (file photo)
